🐾 Free Shipping & Rates (The Good Stuff)

- Orders of $60 and over: FREE Standard Shipping! (Go ahead, treat your pup or kitty to that extra toy!)
- Orders under $60: A flat shipping fee of $10 will be added at checkout to help our delivery pups hit the road.
⏱️ Order Processing (Fetching Your Items)
- Our Routine: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Sniffing the Track: As soon as your package leaves our doghouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can sniff out its exact location anytime!

- USA Domestic: Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days to arrive, depending on how far your paws are from our California warehouse.
- A Quick Bark: During peak holiday seasons or extreme weather, carriers might experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience while the mail carrier makes their final sprint!
