We pride ourselves on curating high-quality, durable, and innovative pet toys. However, we must face reality: No toy is 100% indestructible if a pet is determined enough.
  • Supervision is Key: We strongly advise human parents to supervise their dogs or cats during playtime. You know your pet's chewing power best!
  • The No-Sue Clause: zoomitems is not legally or financially responsible if your puppy eats a toy, destroys a ball, or buries a puzzle in the backyard forever. We cannot be held liable for any accidental damage, pet tummy aches, or chewed-up living room carpets resulting from the use or misuse of our items. Inspect toys regularly and throw away broken ones!
💰 4. Dollars, Corgis, and Math (Pricing & Promotions)
  • The Currency: All prices on our site are processed in United States Dollars (USD / $). No, we cannot accept payments in dog biscuits or catnip.
  • The Shipping Rules: Our system runs on strict math. Orders over $60 unlock FREE Standard Shipping. Orders under $60 will have a $10 flat fee added to keep our delivery pups moving.
  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue a toy whenever we want, without giving a warning growl.
