At zoomitems, we want every tail to wag and every kitty to purr! We completely understand if a toy doesn’t pass your pet’s sniff test, or if that cute interactive ball isn’t exactly what your furry boss wanted.
Don't worry—we’ve got a claw-some, hassle-free return policy to make things right!
⏳ The 30-Day Paw-se Clause (Return Window)
You have 30 days from the date you received your package to request a return. If 30 days have flown by, please reach out to our team, and we will see how we can help.
📦 Return Eligibility (Keeping it Fresh)
To be eligible for a full refund, your returned items must be in the same condition that you received them:
- Unused, unchewed, and un-scratched (we love pets, but we can't accept toys covered in teeth marks or slobber!).
- In their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Free from pet hair or dirt.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, treats, custom-made pet items, or heavily used toys cannot be returned.
🚚 Who Pays for the Shipping Return?
- If it’s our mistake: If we sent the wrong squeaky toy or a defective item, we will bark up the right tree! We will send you a pre-paid shipping label, and shipping is 100% on us.
- If it’s a change of mind: If your pet is just being a picky eater/player, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- The Original Shipping Reminder: Please note that original shipping fees (like the $10 flat rate for orders under $60) are non-refundable.
💰 Getting Your Refund (The Treats)
Once we receive and inspect your pet's return package at our California doghouse, we will send you an email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

The fastest way to ensure your pet gets what they want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new toy.
