Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility
You must submit a return request within 30 days of your package being delivered. We will not accept any returns after 30 days from the date you received the item. At the same time, we will process all returns and refunds within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached (cannot be removed), and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items, giveaways, or gift cards.
Swimwear is a close-fitting garment and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless the item was damaged or faulty when it was delivered to you.
Final Sale products and accessories cannot be returned unless the item was damaged or faulty when it was delivered to you. Accessories include jewelry, gloves, handbags, hats, belts, scarves, watches, pins, stockings, leggings, etc.

Returns and exchanges are only available once, please confirm before returning.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
However, please be sure to update the tracking number and logistics carrier in the return center or provide it to us via email immediately after you send your return.
We will process all returns and refunds within 3 business days, but there may be delays due to limited staff.

Additional Notes
If you do not want the purchased item or choose the wrong item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. Therefore, please check the product information carefully before purchasing, especially the size chart. We appreciate your patience.
Please note that we will not refund shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred unless the item is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, the package is lost or damaged, etc.
Please do not send your return to the address on the package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Our after-sales warehouse is located in Hong Kong, where we will receive and process the returned products. However, we are now trying to set up more warehouses in other countries to process returns.
Currently, hallomolly has not authorized any third party for commercial purposes. Any goods purchased from any other third party are not covered by our warranty.
